The living spaces are generous: two fully equipped kitchens, a fireplace living room, a dining area for eight, and a first-floor master suite with its own living room and private balcony. A pool-level bedroom has a private entrance. Outside, a 60 sqm pool is surrounded by an outdoor lounge, dining for 16, a barbecue, and a traditional wood-fired oven. The nearest beach is a five-minute walk.

What sets the villa apart is its included service. Daily cooking — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — is part of the weekly rate, along with daily cleaning, linen changes twice a week, and daily pool and garden maintenance. Full catering as standard is rare in Paros, and it changes the feel of the stay entirely.
