ISV Architects arranged the estate along a natural east-west axis — a deliberate decision that shapes how guests experience the property from the moment they arrive. A pergola-shaded carport leads into an entrance courtyard, which opens toward the main house. The journey from car to terrace is unhurried and considered. Inside, the 285 sqm main villa flows from kitchen and dining through a 70 sqm living room directly onto the 185 sqm pool deck, where an 80 sqm granite-clad infinity pool holds the Aegean and Antiparos Island in its frame.

The guesthouse is genuinely independent. Its two bedrooms — each with Superking bed, en-suite bathroom, and sea view — share a kitchenette and open onto a covered deck that looks directly at the water. Guests staying there have their own entrance, their own rhythm, and their own view of Antiparos. For families travelling with another couple, or groups who want to share an estate without sharing a roof every evening, this is the arrangement that makes Villa Luna different from anything else on the island.

The estate is fully automated — KNX, Sonos indoor/outdoor, floor heating, backup generator — and designed to run without intervention, leaving guests to decide how much of the island they want to explore and how much they’d rather stay home beside the pool.
