Villa Amira sits directly on the water in Antiparos, with beach access from the property itself. Four bedrooms across two levels sleep up to 8 guests, each room finished with the same quiet, uncluttered hand — elegant simplicity rather than ornament.

The ground floor (254 sqm) opens fully to the outdoors: a fitted kitchen and dining area, a pantry, and a large living room, alongside three of the villa’s four bedrooms — two with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, one twin room also en-suite. The lower level (150 sqm) holds the fourth bedroom, a king suite with its own bathroom, plus a kitchenette, laundry room, and staff quarters.

Outside, a 78 sqm pool anchors the terrace, with a separate lounge area, dining space, BBQ, and outdoor shower — all facing east, with sea views and shelter from the wind.

Mornings start with the sea just steps away and the terrace catching the early east light; by afternoon the pool and shaded lounge become the natural gathering point, wind-sheltered even when the meltemi picks up elsewhere on the island. The open ground floor keeps the kitchen, dining, and living spaces flowing into one another, so the villa never feels divided between indoors and out. Guests return for the quiet of Antiparos itself — a slower island rhythm, with the water close enough to hear from every room.
